About PonPon
What is PonPon? An AI media studio for generating video, images, and audio, editing them, and running one-click effects — all from one browser tab. See What is PonPon?.
Do I need an account? You can browse without one, but generating requires signing in — it's free and fast, via email code or Google. See Account and sign-in.
Does it work on mobile? Yes — on the web and in the mobile app. Sign in with the same account and your library and credits follow you across devices.
Credits & plans
Is it free? You get free daily credits to start, and paid plans (Basic → Pro → Ultimate → Creator) add a larger allowance. See Credits and plans and Pricing.
What does a generation cost? It depends on the model, length, and resolution — and the exact cost is always shown before you press Generate.
How do I get more credits? Wait for the daily refresh, upgrade your plan, or buy a one-off top-up pack. See Managing your subscription.
Making things
What can I create? Images in the image generator, clips in the video generator, narration and music in the audio studio, and themed clips from a photo with Effects.
Can I use my own photos? Yes. Upload an image as a Start Frame for video, or attach up to 10 reference images in the image generator — see Annotate edits & reference images.
Which model should I use? Match it to the job — see Choosing a model.
Can I fix a result without redoing it? Yes. Click any image to annotate-and-edit just the part you want changed — see Image generation basics.
What languages do voice and dubbing support? 37 voices across 31 languages for speech, and dubbing into those 31 — see AI dubbing.
What formats can I download? Images as PNG or JPG (background removal gives transparent PNG), audio as MP3, and video as a standard MP4.
Speed, privacy & rights
Why is my generation taking a while? Most finish in seconds; longer or higher-resolution jobs take more time, and heavy load can add a short queue. Pro tiers get priority. If it errors, see Troubleshooting generations.
My generation failed — was I charged? Failed or cancelled generations are refunded automatically.
Who can see what I make? Your library is stored privately on your account, and local session data is cleared when you sign out on a shared device. See the privacy policy.
Can I generate anything? No — sexual or explicit content and the misleading use of a real person's likeness are blocked by the content policy. See Troubleshooting generations and the Terms.
Can I use what I create commercially? Usage rights are covered in the Terms. Review them before publishing.
Still stuck? The glossary defines the jargon, and each guide above goes deeper.
